Do you offer refunds?
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.Refunds will not be provided for:
- any item not in it's original condition and packaging, damaged or defective for reasons not due to our error
- any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
- sale items

What exactly is a towelsuit?
Is it a towel? Is it clothing? Spoiler: it’s both.A towelsuit isa wearable zip-up towel with a hood- designed for easy drying, quick changing, and all-day comfort post-swim, surf, or splash. It’s hands-free, cozy, and way more fun.
Are your towelsuits true to size?
For the most part — yes! Here’s the breakdown:
- Sizes 2-8 run true to size with a comfy bit of wiggle room, based on standard Australian sizing.
- Sizes 10 & 12 are intentionally a little roomier - they're designed to fit older kids or even smaller adults (think XS-S).

What are your towelsuits made of?
Each towelsuit is made from80% recycled polyester and 20% polyamide— that’s roughly20 recycled plastic bottlesper suit! Eco-friendly and sustainably made.The fabric is a cosy,close-knit350gsm waffle weave, designed to be ultra-absorbent and fast-drying.
How do I look after my towelsuit?
Looking after your towelsuit is easy — here’s how to keep it looking and feeling great:
- Check the tag: Full care instructions are on the size tag inside your towelsuit.
- No need to over-wash: Our towelsuits are odour-resistant, so no need to wash after every use. Just hang it up to dry — simple!
- Been for a chlorine dip? If it’s been in a heavily chlorinated pool, pop it in the wash. Chlorine can cause fading over time.
- Say no to softeners: Fabric softeners reduce absorbency by coating the fibres — skip them to keep your towelsuit super absorbent.
- Zip it up before washing: Doing the zip up helps protect both your towelsuit and your washing machine from unnecessary damage.

Are they waterproof?
No — they’re not waterproof, but they are absorbent. Designed to soak up water, not repel it — perfect for drying off in comfort and style.
Each towelsuit is made from a single piece of fabric with a different fun print on each side, perfect for drying off post-swim in style.
Do you offer matching styles for families?
Yes! Many of our prints come in both kids' and adult sizes — because matching poolside moments are basically a sport in themselves.
Are they good for cold weather?
We wanted something compact, lightweight, and quick-drying — so while our 350gsm waffle weave fabric isn’t thick and fluffy,it offers full coverage and acts as a great windbreaker. Perfect for chilly mornings, breezy beach days, and those post-swim shivers!
How quick do they dry?
It will depend on your current climate, but they can dry fast — both on you orafter hanging. Hang it up and it’ll be ready for the next adventure in no time.
Do they shrink in the wash?
No! Just follow the care instructions (cold wash, no fabric softener), and your towelsuit will keep its shape and softness for years to come.
Are they bulky to pack?
Not at all! They’re lightweight and roll up neatly— perfect for tossing in a beach bag or suitcase.A kids sized towelsuit can fold up to the size of a large burrito and adults sizes to a loaf of bread.
Are they good for kids with sensory sensitivities?
Many parents have told us yes — the soft, smooth texture and relaxed fit make them a win for comfort-loving kids. The plastic zipper is exposed on the inside, so this would need to be considered if it was more fitted.
