Exchanges & Returns

We hope you love your Nateve purchase, but understand that sometimes not everything is perfect.  We can organise an exchange or refund for you, based on the following conditions:

  • Items purchased can be exchanged or returned within 21 days of delivery, providing the exchanged or returned items are in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and within their original ziplock packaging and tags attached.
  • Seconds & Clearance Sale items are not eligible for a refund or exchange. 

  • Items being exchanged or returned must provide proof of purchase.

  • Shipping for the exchange or return is at the customer's own expense, unless the item is faulty. 

  • Once your exchange has been received, your replacement order will be fulfilled within 5-10 business days from the date your return arrives to our warehouse. 

  • Eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days from the date your return arrives to our warehouse. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you return an order that was eligible for a Gift With Purchase (GWP) and choose not to send the GWP back, the GWP RRP will be deducted from the return amount. 

  • Please include your name, order number and details of the exchange (including the size/design you wish to swap it with) or noted refund inside your package. Please ship the item you're exchanging or returning to:

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for exchanged items to reach you, may vary.  We are based in Cairns, Far North Queensland.

Faulty Items & Warranty

We offer a 4-month warranty on Nateve Australia products. We hope it never happens, but if there's a fault with your product, please send us an email with your order number as well as all the details of the fault, including photos. Please email us at: hello@nateveaustralia.com.au  

If your item is within our warranty timeframe, you have proof of purchase and the item is deemed faulty, we will organise a full replacement of the item (if in stock).
